An occupied education building required a phased Morin rainscreen recladding program planned around campus routes, entrances, windows, services, and daily access.

Project detail
The occupied building required a new metal rainscreen facade while entrances, pedestrian routes, teaching areas, windows, air intakes, and campus services remained in use. The project plan needed to coordinate removal, substrate access, weather protection, subframing, insulation interfaces, flashings, panels, and daily public protection.

Project detail
Work moved by elevation and access zone so public routes could be redirected safely without closing more of the building than necessary. Substrate conditions and dimensions were reviewed as areas became accessible. Control lines, support adjustments, panel joints, opening details, and adjacent-material transitions were checked before scaffolding or lift access moved on.
Project detail
Closeout checks included the support system, visible panel alignment, joints, fasteners, corners, flashings, openings, bases, parapets, transitions, drainage and ventilation paths, sealants within scope, cleaning, and punch-list completion. Completed elevations were handed back in sequence to restore normal campus access.
