Managing your roof and cladding refurbishment

We bring the inspection, materials, access and roofing work together so you have a clear plan for the project. For an occupied building, that plan also needs to work for the people running the site.

Understanding the problem first

We review the roof condition and discuss what you need to achieve. An immediate leak, a planned insulation upgrade and a full refurbishment call for different work. Our proposal explains the areas included and how we intend to repair or replace them.

Agreeing access and timing

Before work starts, we agree where deliveries and lifting will take place and how the areas below will be protected. We discuss any restrictions or shutdown needs with your site contact, including the effect of opening the roof.

Coordinating materials and other trades

Replacement panels and flashings need to arrive when they can be installed. Where rooftop equipment must be moved, we coordinate the roofing sequence with the contractor responsible for it.

Keeping you informed during the work

Refurbishment can uncover damage that was not visible at the survey. We explain what has been found and discuss any change to the agreed work, price or timing before proceeding with it.

Completing the project

We review the completed work and deal with outstanding items before handover. The handover information covers the installed materials, care requirements and any warranty documents included in the agreed project.
