3. Technical Library

The Technical Library is an open reference resource maintained by registered contributors and our editors. It brings together product information, images and documents so that building owners, specifiers and contractors can identify roofing and cladding products and find each manufacturer’s own information.

Technical Library content is general reference information. It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Products change, and a record can be out of date or incomplete. Always confirm details against the manufacturer’s current literature, and with a qualified professional, before you specify, buy or install a product. A Technical Library page is not a specification, a warranty or a product approval.

4. Product names, images and documents

Product names, brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this website belong to their owners. We use them only to identify products. Their appearance here does not mean that any manufacturer or rights holder endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Total Cladding and Roofing LLC, or that we are an authorized dealer or installer of their products unless we say so expressly.

Product images, drawings and documents in the Technical Library belong to the manufacturers or other rights holders who created them. We claim no ownership of that material and grant no rights in it. We show it in good faith for identification, reference and education, alongside links to the manufacturer’s own official sources, and we believe this is a fair use under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 107). Where we keep a copy of a manufacturer’s document, it is kept so that readers can see the exact revision a page relies on.

You may not copy, republish or sell third-party material from this website. If you want to use it, ask its owner.

We respect intellectual property rights and want to hear from anyone who believes material on this website belongs to them.

Our removal commitment: If you show us that you held the copyright in an image, drawing or document before it appeared on this website, we will remove it. We normally do this within two business days of receiving a complete request. Removal is how we resolve copyright concerns, so please contact us before taking any other step. It is the quickest way to have material taken down.

How to send a request: Email info@totalcladdingandroofing.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”, or write to our designated copyright agent (section 7). Please include:

  • the web address (URL) of each page, and the image or document concerned;
  • a description of the copyrighted work, and evidence that you held the copyright before it appeared here, such as a registration certificate or a dated original;
  • your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your request is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner; and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

Before you send a request, please consider whether the use may be a fair use. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. We may share a request with the person who submitted the material.

Counter-notice: If material you submitted was removed and you believe this was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must identify the material and where it appeared; state, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; give your name, address and telephone number; state that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice; and carry your physical or electronic signature. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the person who sent the original notice tells us they have filed a court action.

6. Contributions to the Technical Library

When you submit text, images, documents, corrections or any other material to the Technical Library (a “contribution”), you confirm that:

  • you own the contribution, or you have every permission needed to submit it and to let us publish it under these terms;
  • it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights, and it is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
  • you have told us where it came from and who owns it.

You grant Total Cladding and Roofing LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display and distribute each contribution on this website and in related materials, and to sublicense those rights to our service providers. You keep any ownership you have in your contribution.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Cladding and Roofing LLC and its members, employees and agents from any claim, loss, damages, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your contributions or your breach of these terms.

We may edit, decline or remove any contribution at any time without notice. We suspend or close the accounts of contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material.

Notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) should be sent to our designated agent:
