We specialize in refurbishing commercial and industrial roofs and cladding. From a recurring leak to a building that needs a new roof, we help you decide what can be repaired, what is worth retaining and what needs replacing.
Total Cladding and Roofing LLC is a 2026 member in good standing of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT) and the Central Texas Roofing Contractors Association (CTRCA). Both memberships are valid through December 2026.
Our business grew through refurbishment projects in the UK. We opened our Texas office to bring that experience, together with highly specified European roofing and cladding solutions, to the US market.
Get more from the building you already have
A roof does not have to be new to be worth looking after. Repairing damaged details, restoring worn coatings or replacing selected areas can keep useful roofing in service. When deterioration is too extensive, we can plan a replacement that also addresses the insulation, drainage and connections around it.
We start by looking at your existing building and listening to what you need from it. That may mean stopping water above a production line, improving a warehouse before a new tenant moves in or planning a larger refurbishment over several stages.
Roof repairs and restoration
We investigate leaks and repair metal and flat roofs, including failed seams, fasteners, flashings and roof openings. For roofs that can be retained, restoration brings those repairs together with preparation and a protective coating.
Tell us where the problem appears and whether it returns after repairs. A photograph taken safely from inside the building can be a useful starting point; you do not need to climb onto the roof.
Roof replacement and insulation upgrades
When a roof has reached the point where repairs leave too much deterioration behind, we replace the affected roofing and address the details that connect it to the building. Insulated metal panels, metal roof systems and low-slope membranes offer different ways to rebuild the roof.
We also assess whether a new covering can be installed over an existing roof. That decision follows an inspection of the retained materials and supports, including any trapped moisture.
Cladding, gutters and roof openings
Leaks do not always begin in the middle of a roof. Wall connections, deteriorated gutters and aging skylights can let water in even when the main covering is sound. We can include these areas in a roof refurbishment or discuss them as a project in their own right.
Our cladding work includes metal wall panels, insulated panels, protective coatings and replacement of damaged areas. Bringing roof and wall work together helps resolve the junctions where the two meet.
UK experience, a Texas office
Refurbishment is the work that shaped our UK business and remains our focus as we grow in Texas. We bring that experience to existing US buildings, selecting roofing and cladding systems for the property and the work it needs.
European systems are part of that offer. We look at the complete installation, local project requirements and material availability before recommending a system for your building.
