Coordinating the trades involved in your refurbishment

A roof refurbishment can involve scaffolders, lifting contractors, electricians and mechanical contractors as well as the roofing team. We plan how their work fits together so the roof can be opened, repaired and closed in the right sequence.

Clear responsibilities before work starts

We agree who is providing access, moving rooftop equipment, protecting the interior and completing the roof connections. This is particularly important around HVAC units and other equipment that roofing work cannot disconnect or commission.

Keeping the site team informed

Deliveries, lifting and restricted work areas need to fit around the building’s use. We coordinate these activities with your site contact and discuss changes when weather, access or concealed damage affects the plan.

Checking the work where trades meet

A new equipment curb or wall opening needs a complete connection to the roof. We review those interfaces during the work so one trade’s installation does not leave unfinished roofing for another to resolve later.
