Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring and partnering with professionals across the commercial roofing industry, including:

• Commercial Roofing Crews (especially fluid-applied roof coating systems)

• Experienced Foremen & Site Supervisors

Requirements

To work with Total Cladding & Roofing, you’ll need:

• Experience in commercial or industrial roofing

• Familiarity with roof coatings, single-ply systems, or retrofits (preferred)

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• OSHA 10/30 certification (or willingness to obtain it)

• Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset

• Ability to travel regionally for project-based work
