How it differs from an insulated metal panel

An insulated metal panel has an insulating core bonded between metal faces. Simple Saver uses a supported liner and insulation within a metal-building assembly. The choice affects the interior finish, installation access and how the roof connects to its supporting steel.

Insulation performance in the finished roof

The nominal R-value printed on insulation is not the same as the performance of the whole roof. Compression, gaps and heat flow through steel influence the result. The specified assembly and installation details need to reflect the building’s thermal requirements.

Condensation and air leakage
