It describes the product as a protective top coat for the Ure-A-Max system, and says it can also be applied over polyurethane foam and over conventional roof systems such as EPDM, TPO, PVC single-ply membranes and asphalt-based systems.

The technical data lists 76.7% solids by volume (ASTM D5201), 230% elongation, 2,300 psi tensile strength and 100 KU viscosity. The sheet gives a weight of 10.77 pounds per gallon, a flash point of 93°F, a Shore A hardness of 85 and a permeability of 0.9 perms. Water absorption is below 2%. The white product has a service temperature range of -50°F to 200°F and a shelf life of one year. Cleanup is with acetone, and the packaging is 5-gallon.

For application, the sheet gives a minimum application temperature of 40°F and states that successive or top coats must be applied within 48 hours of the base or intermediate coats. Listed dry times are 6 hours to dry-to-touch, 12 to 16 hours tack-free and 18 hours to recoat. Application can be by medium nap roller, soft brush or airless spray equipment.
