The application guideline describes how to apply a coated spray polyurethane foam and reflective roof coating system over an existing single-ply roof surface. This 11-page PDF was last revised 9/18/25.

The closed cell foam section gives density, compressive strength, open cell content, K-value and flammability values with their ASTM test methods, and states that the foam and coating must meet UL 790 for Class A or Factory Mutual RoofNAV for Class 1. Primers are to be those recommended by the foam manufacturer, and fire safety refers to CPI Bulletin AX-230.

The coatings section lists Acrylic 211, High-Tensile Acrylic 211, Silicone 410, High Solids Silicone 412, Aliphatic Urethane 510-CA, Aromatic Urethane 512-CA, Aromatic Urethane 520 and Aromatic Urethane 508, each with type, viscosity, elongation, tensile strength, volume solids and color. The warranty section adds the procedure for the manufacturer’s warranty application and the pre-project inspection report. The quality assurance section on contractor qualifications is cut off at the end of the extracted text.
