The two-page quick specification summarizes the Met-A-Gard+ roof restoration system for metal roofs. Rubber-like mastic coats the seams and flashing details. A primer of Red Oxide Rust Prime 912 may be needed in some cases. The base coat is High-Tensile Acrylic 211, and the top coat is also High-Tensile Acrylic 211.

The second page gives an adhesion test for the High-Tensile Acrylic 211 base coat, a pre-inspection list, installation tips and a rusty panel section. The pre-inspection list covers HVAC flashing, drainage, water leakage, fasteners, skylights, horizontal and vertical seams, roof penetrations, sign anchorage, and coping and flashing. The sheet says skylights still within their service life can be restored with Skylight Sealer 230.

The technical data table on metal gives three terms. A 12-year system uses 20 mils total dry film thickness, a 15-year system 25 mils, and a 20-year system 30 mils, all with High-Tensile Acrylic 211 as base and top coats. High-Tensile Acrylic 211 is listed at 55 ± 2% solids, 600 ± 50% elongation, 500 ± 50 psi tensile strength, initial reflectivity of .82, reflectivity of .81 after 3 years, emissivity of .90, viscosity of 4500 ± 500 cps and VOC below 50 grams per liter.
