Document record

This five-page application guideline covers the Ure-A-Max roof restoration system over structural concrete deck roofs and other concrete surfaces. The header is marked 4/25/25 as the last revision. The general section sets out the approved applicator requirement and makes American WeatherStar approval of each job a condition of warranty eligibility.

The products listed are Aliphatic Urethane 510-CA in white, Aromatic Urethane 520 in silver, Aromatic Urethane 508 in dark gray, Urethane Brush-Grade 522, EcoCleaner 925 and spunbound polyester fabric. Surface preparation requires pressure washing at a minimum of 3,000 psi, with EcoCleaner 925 used if needed to remove contaminants.

The primer stage asks for an adhesion test, which the guideline recommends. Seams are flashed at 50 wet mils, at least 3 inches wide over the seam, and penetrations at 90 wet mils, extended at least 3 inches onto the existing membrane. Parapet walls take the same flashing on their seams and flashings, using Urethane Brush-Grade 522.
