This two-page system quick specification covers Ure-A-Max Eco, a low-VOC hybrid urethane roof restoration system. The file lists the layers in order: Urethane Brush-Grade 524-CA for seams and details, a base coat of Aromatic Urethane 512-CA, and a top coat of Aliphatic Urethane 510-CA. Suitable substrates are modified bitumen, built-up roofing, TPO, PVC, EPDM, structural concrete and spray polyurethane foam.

The features list states that the system meets SCAQMD VOC requirements. The printed properties are 77% solids by volume, 375% elongation, 1,000 psi tensile strength and 6,000 cps viscosity for Aromatic Urethane 512-CA, and 76.7% solids, 230% elongation, 2,300 psi tensile strength and 100 KU viscosity for Aliphatic Urethane 510-CA.

Page two sets out the adhesion test, a 10-item pre-inspection list, installation tips with pressure washing at 3000 to 4000 psi, and a total dry film thickness table. The table gives 30 to 45 mils on built-up roofs and modified bitumen, 25 to 40 mils on TPO, PVC and EPDM, 38 to 55 mils on concrete, and 30 to 40 mils on spray foam.
