Revision context

Document record

This five-page application guideline covers the Ure-A-Max Eco system over structural concrete deck roofs and other concrete surfaces. Its header is dated as last revised 05/27/25. Its general section repeats the American WeatherStar approval requirement for each job and names the applicator as one experienced contractor.

The products section lists Aliphatic Urethane 510-CA in white, Aromatic Urethane 512-CA in dark gray, spunbound polyester fabric, Urethane Brush-Grade 524-CA in white and EcoCleaner 925, which is printed with zero grams per liter of VOC. Each coating entry prints its type, viscosity, elongation, tensile strength and volume solids.

The primer stage recommends an adhesion test. Seams, penetrations, curbs and parapet walls are flashed with Urethane Brush-Grade 524-CA. Seams take 50 wet mils with a minimum 30 mil dry film thickness and extend at least 3 inches over the seam, while penetrations take 90 wet mils with a minimum 60 mil dry film thickness, feathered so as not to cause water damming.
