Document record

The application guideline covers the Ure-A-Max Eco roof restoration system applied over single-ply roof membranes. The five-page file shows a last revision date of 05/27/25 and states that each job must be approved by American WeatherStar before it begins.

Part 1 says adhesion depends on the age and condition of each roof and on the type of single-ply membrane, and it recommends field adhesion tests. Part 2 lists Aliphatic Urethane 510-CA in bright white with 76.7% volume solids, Aromatic Urethane 512-CA in dark gray with 375% elongation and 1,000 psi tensile strength, Urethane Brush-Grade 524-CA for flashing, spunbound polyester fabric rated at 35 psi, and ECOCLEANER 925.

Part 3 covers surface preparation, primer application and flashing. The file notes that heat-welded seams do not need additional reinforcement. Seams take a minimum of 30 mils dry film thickness and penetrations a minimum of 60 mils, with the wet-mil rates given for each detail.
