This five-page PDF is an application guideline for the Ure-A-Sil roof restoration system over smooth and gravel built-up roof (BUR) surfaces. Last revision is printed as 9/18/25 in the footer. The guideline is arranged in three parts: general requirements, products, and installation.

The products part lists the coatings and related materials. Each entry gives its type and the properties listed for it, such as viscosity, elongation, tensile strength, volume solids and color. The items are Silicone 410, Aromatic Urethane 520, Urethane Brush-Grade 522, a non-fibered asphalt emulsion used as a cold applied surface leveler, Aromatic Urethane 508, EcoCleaner 925, High Solids Silicone 412, and a spunbound polyester fabric.

The installation part covers surface preparation, including removal of gravel on gravel built-up roofs before coating. It sets out a foundation coat for smooth built-up roofs with moderate to severe alligatoring, using non-fibered asphalt emulsion, with a 48-hour dry period before the system goes on. Penetrations, curbs and vent stacks are flashed under the roof manufacturer’s specifications. The warranty part says a Pre-Project Inspection Report should be submitted and approved before the job starts.
