This five-page PDF is an application guideline for the Ure-A-Sil roof restoration system over structural concrete deck roofs and other concrete surfaces. Its footer gives a last revision of 3/19/24. The guideline has three parts: general requirements, products, and installation.

The products part lists Aromatic Urethane 520, Silicone 410, Urethane Brush-Grade 522, High Solids Silicone 412, a spunbound polyester fabric and EcoCleaner 925. EcoCleaner 925 is listed with a VOC of 0 grams per liter, and the coatings are listed in silver, white, gray and tan.

The installation part starts with surface preparation, including pressure washing at a minimum working pressure of 3,000 psi. A primer step follows, with an adhesion test recommended before coating. Seams are flashed with Urethane Brush-Grade 522 at 50 wet mils, and penetrations at 90 wet mils, extending at least 3 inches onto the existing membrane. The file also sets out the warranty application conditions.
