This guideline sets out the application of the Ure-A-Sil Eco coating system over single-ply roof membranes, last revised 9/18/25, as its header shows. The five-page file states that adhesion depends on the age and condition of the roof and on the type of membrane being coated, and that field adhesion tests are highly recommended.

The products section lists Urethane Brush-Grade 524-CA, Aromatic Urethane 512-CA, High Solids Silicone 412, EcoCleaner 925 and polyester fabric, each with its printed properties. Delivery, storage and warranty terms come before the installation section.

Installation covers surface preparation, a primer stage with an adhesion test, and flashing of seams and penetrations. The file notes that heat-welded seams need no additional reinforcement. Other seams receive Urethane Brush-Grade 524-CA at 50 wet mils, applied at least 3 inches wide and feathered onto the membrane. Penetrations take 90 wet mils with a minimum dry film thickness of 60 mils.
