This two-page product data sheet covers Duro-Fleece DF60, a 60-mil white PVC membrane with a 3.8-ounce per square yard needle-punched polypropylene fleece. The file was created on July 2, 2013 and revised on October 14, 2025. The overall thickness with fleece is 78 mil nominal, and the membrane weighs 0.39 pounds per square foot with an R-value of 0.1.
The membrane has a weft-inserted, knitted polyester scrim with 31-mil nominal PVC film above it. The fleece is held back 2.25 inches along one selvage edge of each roll for hot-air welding to the underlying membrane. A factory-applied overlap line sits 6 inches from one edge of the sheet.
Roll sizes are 120 inches by 100 feet, covering 975 square feet and weighing 390 pounds, and 60 inches by 100 feet, covering 475 square feet and weighing 195 pounds, both assuming a 3-inch overlap. The white CRRC entry, ID 0610-0010, lists solar reflectance of 0.87 initial and 0.67 after three years, and SRI of 110 initial and 81 after three years.
For adhered installation over existing built-up roofing, the file requires adhesion pull tests on a 1 by 1-foot area with minimum values of 150 pounds per square foot. The approvals listed are UL Evaluation Report ER10128, FM Approvals, CCMC 14011-L, State of Florida, Miami-Dade County and Texas Department of Insurance. The warranty table notes that consequential damage coverage is not available for Duro-Fleece installations.
