Document record

This two-page product data sheet covers Duro-Last X DLX60, a 60-mil white PVC membrane. The file was created on January 26, 2021 and revised on October 14, 2025. The DLX60 formulation is identical to that of Duro-Last, but it is made by a different process that gives a smooth, matte surface instead of the textured, glossy finish of Duro-Last.

The membrane is 28-mil nominal PVC film laminated to both sides of an 18 by 14 polyester weft-inserted scrim, with a total thickness of 60 mil, a weight of 0.36 pounds per square foot and an R-value of 0.1. DLX60 can be custom cut to lengths of up to 200 feet in 12-inch increments, with a tolerance of up to plus 6 inches, or supplied as standard rolls.

Standard roll sizes are 120 inches by 100 feet, 60 inches by 100 feet, 30 inches by 100 feet and 10 inches of stripping, with item numbers 50853, 50856, 50859 and 50862. The white CRRC entry, ID 0610-0020, lists solar reflectance of 0.87 initially and 0.65 after three years, and SRI of 110 initially and 79 after three years. The file lists UL Evaluation Report ER10128, FM Approvals, CCMC 13299-L, State of Florida, Miami-Dade County and Texas Department of Insurance.

Attachment methods listed are mechanically fastened, induction welded and adhered. The physical properties are tested against ASTM D4434, with DLX60 classified as a Type III, internally reinforced sheet that also meets Type II requirements.
