This four-page technical information sheet, TIS 201, dated July 2, 2026, covers Elevate UltraPly TPO membrane. The sheet describes it as a flexible thermoplastic polyolefin membrane with polyester weft-inserted reinforcement that meets or exceeds ASTM D 6878. It is listed in 45 mil (1.14 mm) and 60 mil (1.52 mm) thicknesses and is heat weldable.
The application section covers clean, dry and smooth substrates, repair of rough surfaces, and filling of surface voids wider than 1/4 inch (6.3 mm). The membrane is installed as a continuous roofing or waterproofing layer, with rolls overlapped at side laps and end laps before the seam areas are heat welded. Storage notes cover protection from punctures, deck load limits set by the project designer, and keeping the membrane away from ignition sources.
The environmental metrics give Cool Roof Rating Council values in initial and three-year form. White shows solar reflectance of 0.79 and 0.69, thermal emittance of 0.85 and 0.83, and solar reflectance index of 98 and 83. Light tan (HR) shows 0.73 and 0.66, 0.90 and 0.91, and an SRI of 90 and 87. Gray shows 0.34 and 0.34, 0.89 and 0.88, and an SRI of 37 and 36. Rated product IDs are 0008, 0091 and 0032.
The sheet also lists LEED, Title 24 and IgCC values for white and light tan, onsite renewables and stormwater readiness, post-industrial recycled content of 15 percent and post-consumer content of 0 percent, and color options of white, gray and tan. The later pages give typical properties.
