Overview
Master Flash (Aztec Washer Company)
Aztec Washer Company is the maker of Master Flash, a line of roof flashings sold under the Master Flash brand name. The products are made of EPDM or high-temperature silicone, and the compounds are formulated for resistance to weathering from ozone and ultraviolet light. The flashings are produced as one-piece units with a flexible base, and the pipe flashings are offered across a range of pipe diameters, from the smallest to the largest sizes in the line.
The Master Flash range is sorted into application groups: custom, HVAC, metal roof, residential, retrofit, solar and square pipe applications. In this library the products are grouped by what they flash, and each one has its own product page with the official documents for that item.
Pipe flashing is the largest group, with nineteen products in this library:
- Standard and Universal lines: Standard Master Flash, Standard Retrofit Master Flash, Universal Master Flash and Universal Retrofit Master Flash.
- Profile and angle variants: 35 Year Master Flash, Low Profile Master Flash, Extreme Angle Master Flash and Master-Flex Master Flash.
- Multiple and small pipe formats: Multi-Flash Master Flash, Multi-Port Master Flash, Mini-Port Master Flash and Middy Master Flash.
- Residential formats: Residential Master Flash and Res-Lead Master Flash.
- Special connections and seals: Electrical Mast Connection Master Flash, End Cap Master Flash, Master Cap Dormer Seal, Fix-A-Flash Master Flash and Fire-Blox Master Flash.
Vent flashing covers three products: Square Vent Master Flash, Metal Roof Vent Sealing Adapter Master Flash and #2-Vent Flash Master Flash.
Solar flashing covers two products: Solar-Flash Master Flash and Solar Multi-Port Master Flash.
Linear flashing is represented by the Stretchable Linear Flash (SLF) Master Flash, and expansion joint products by the Box Gutter Expansion Joint Master Flash.
Across the five groups the library lists twenty-six Master Flash products. The names show how the line is organized: the Standard and Universal products appear in both new-install and retrofit versions, and the Solar-Flash and Solar Multi-Port are made for solar applications. Each product page in this library gives the product type, the group it belongs to and the manufacturer documents that apply to that exact item.
