RoughSawn

RoughSawn is a Nichiha architectural wall panel (AWP) in the Wood Series. Its rustic face carries four planks per panel, with consistent plank heights staggered horizontally, and shows the ridges, grooves and textures of natural wood. The panel is engineered with an integrated rainscreen and suits exterior and interior use.

RoughSawn is made in a consistent length and sits with RiftSawn as the rustic pair in the series. It is one of the rainscreen wall panels in Nichiha's range, and matching corners are available.

RoughSawn has three colors, each on the same four-plank AWP 3030 face. Matching corners are available.

AWP 3030 panels can be installed horizontally or vertically. Install guides are published for both orientations. Turning the panel changes the direction of the four planks.

The RoughSawn rainscreen promotes ventilation and drainage behind the panels, which helps protect the building envelope from water intrusion. RoughSawn is attached by simple clip installation with hidden fasteners. The same clip system serves every AWP product, with a high wind load rating and Miami-Dade County approval.
