The complete system specification sets out the requirements for the Western Colloid SM-12-3G-3E fluid applied reinforced roof system. The system is recovered over a smooth surface or cap sheet and finished with a glass fiber roving reinforced acrylic surface. The five-page PDF is revised 10/20.

It covers the pre-roofing conference, a two-year contractor warranty, manufacturer certification of at least 20 years of active manufacture, product literature, and storage and handling. The environmental conditions set a minimum application temperature of 55°F and rising, with no application when rain, snow, freezing or temperatures below 40°F are expected within 48 hours.
The system components table lists 12 gallons of Reinforced Coat #298 emulsion at 46 lb, 3 lb of chopped glass fiber roving, and 3 gallons of ElastaHyde white acrylic reflective coating at 21 lb. The assembly weighs 59.0 lb per 100 square feet dry and measures approximately 125 mils. Part 2 lists the criteria as U.L. Class A, California Title 24, LEED and ENERGY STAR.
