Overview
CENTRIA
CENTRIA manufactures insulated metal panel systems for commercial and industrial buildings. Its building envelope systems cover exterior wall, roof, and fenestration, and are designed to keep air, water, heat, and noise out of the building. The company also provides architectural services including design assist, engineering, spec writing, and installation.
Product lines are organized under Insulated Metal Panels, Rainscreen Systems, Roof Systems, and Coatings. Named wall products include Formawall Dimension Series, Formawall IMV, Versawall, MetalWrap, and Intercept+ Powered by NEXGEN, which is offered in Entyre, LVLZ, RZR, and HLZ profiles. CENTRIA publishes third-party environmental product declarations and a Declare label for Formawall Dimension Series Foam.
TerraVue is an insulated metal roof deck for low-slope commercial and industrial roofs. A factory-assembled panel combines steel deck, vapor barrier, ISO insulation, and cover board, and a field-applied TPO or PVC membrane completes the system. Panels are 44 inches wide and 8 feet long, in 4, 5, 6, and 8 inch thicknesses with thermal values of R-35.9, R-44.8, R-53.8, and R-71.7. TerraVue has one structural option, non-diaphragm, and is available fully adhered or mechanically attached.
VERSAWALL is a family of insulated metal wall panels with factory-applied panel joint sealant that, with field-applied sealant, forms an air and vapor barrier. Versawall V is embossed in Planked or Striated profiles, in lengths from 6 to 52 feet and 2, 2.75, and 4 inch thicknesses. Versawall V+ comes in Flat, Striated, or Planked profiles in lengths up to 37 feet. Versawall H+ is a horizontal Flat profile in 30 or 36 inch widths, in lengths up to 37 feet. The panels can also serve as interior partitions.
