Landmark PRO

Landmark PRO is a two-piece laminated asphalt shingle in CertainTeed's Landmark line, made in a standard and an algae-resistant (AR) version. It carries the NailTrak nailing feature, and its granule color blends and shadow lines form the color selection.

Within residential shingle roofing, Landmark PRO is the Landmark-line shingle with a published weight range of 231 to 240 lb per square, a three-bundle square and UL 2218 Class 3 impact resistance. It is distinct from single-layer three-tab strip shingles such as XT 25.

Landmark PRO has a fiber glass mat base with ceramic-coated mineral granules embedded in refined, water-resistant asphalt. Two pieces are laminated together in a special asphaltic cement, and all Landmark shingles have self-sealing adhesive strips.

Landmark PRO AR shingles help protect against dark or black discoloration, sometimes called staining or streaking, caused by blue-green algae (Gloeocapsa magma). They are not available in all regions. The colors offered for Landmark PRO AR in each region are listed in the product brochure and on the CertainTeed website.
