Dri-Design EN-V A80

EN-V A80 is the aluminum series of the Dri-Design EN-V Collection and the horizontal-panel member of that collection. The panels are 0.080 inch aluminum with a post-painted fluoropolymer finish. They form a dry-joint wall cladding used as a commercial rainscreen wall system.

The EN-V Collection groups six panel series: A80, A50, G, WS, Z and VS. A80 is listed as the flagship of the collection.

• Material: aluminum, 0.080 inch thick.
• Finish: post-painted fluoropolymer.
• Nominal system depth: 1 1/4 inches.
• Weight: less than 2 pounds per square foot.
• Warranty: 2 years on all materials.

The guide specification for the series is Section 074213-27A.

Standard joints are 1/2 inch horizontal and 5/8 inch vertical. Flat panel dimensions are measured centerline to centerline, so a listed width or height includes the joint. Dimensions are written in decimal form in 1/16 inch (0.0625 inch) increments.

A80 comes in 21 panel sizes. Panel sizes run from 18 inches to 120 inches in width. The size grid on the order form includes 22 by 48, 24 by 48, 30 by 30, 36 by 36, 72 by 18, 96 by 18, 120 by 18, 60 by 20, 72 by 20, 96 by 20 and 120 by 20 inch panels, among other width and height pairs.

The order form asks for one panel layout per order. The choices are:

• Vertical panel, stacked
• Vertical panel, 1/2 horizontal joint stagger
• Vertical panel, 1/4 horizontal joint stagger
• Horizontal panel, stacked
• Horizontal panel, 1/2 vertical joint stagger
• Horizontal panel, 1/4 vertical joint stagger

A80 is available in both staggered and aligned patterns.

A80 has 22 colors in two groups plus four mica paints, and a custom color option.

Popular colors: Stone White, Bone White, Almond, Sandstone, Sierra Tan, Medium Bronze, Dark Bronze, Cityscape, Slate Gray, Musket Gray and Charcoal.

Second color group: Matte Black, Arcadia Green, Hemlock Green, Forest Green, Hartford Green, Berkshire Blue, Military Blue, Interstate Blue, Terra Cotta, Colonial Red and Burgundy.

Mica paints, marked with an asterisk on the order form: Silver, Copper Wire, Champagne and Weathered Zinc.

A custom color requires a signed photocopy showing the color name and code. Dri-Design must approve it before an order can be entered.

The order form lists these items under extrusions, trims, flat sheets and accessories:

• 10 foot small outside corner extrusion
• 10 foot large outside corner extrusion
• 10 foot large 2-piece J extrusion
• 48 by 120 by 0.050 inch flat sheet, painted one side
• Custom trims and flashings, ordered with profiles supplied

Outside formed corner panels are available in custom sizes with a 90-degree bend angle only. Corner panels are ordered by W1, W2 and H, and their dimensions are face dimensions only.

Against the other series, A80 is 0.080 inch aluminum with 21 sizes, 22 colors and 4 mica colors, and it takes extruded J-channel and corner trim.

• A50: 0.050 inch aluminum, 5 sizes, 28 colors, formed sheet trims, coil coated finish.
• G Series: 22 gauge Galvalume steel, 10 sizes, 6 colors, natural matte PVDF finish.
• WS Series: Type 4 weathering steel, 18 gauge, 15 sizes. Weathering steel may stain sidewalks and other building materials.
• Z Series: 1.0 mm zinc, 9 sizes, 2 colors.
• VS Series: 0.080 inch aluminum, 6 sizes, 22 colors, extruded trims. Wind clips are required, and VS is not compatible with horizontal EN-V A80.

Dri-Design requires the EN-V order form to be filled out in full before an order goes into production. The signed proposal and terms of sale must match the quantities and sizes on the form. EN-V ships by LTL freight or dedicated box truck. The order form carries the revision mark Issue V5 04/11/2026.
