This two-page product data sheet covers the CF Architectural vertical insulated metal wall panel with a PUR foam core and a lock and groove system. The panel is designed for vertical installation, with concealed clips and fasteners in the side joint. Preformed corners are available, and the panels provide reveal options with folded corners and end folds. The panel comes in 24, 30 and 36 inch widths and 2, 2 1/2, 3 and 4 inch thicknesses.
Lengths run 8 feet to 32 feet embossed and 8 feet to 16 feet unembossed. The exterior face is G-90 galvanized or AZ-50 steel in 22 gauge, and the interior face is in 26, 24 and 22 gauge with a light mesa interior profile about 1/16 inch deep. The file gives a 36-inch panel U-factor of 0.059 at 2 inches and R-values from 17.5 at 2 inches to 35.0 at 4 inches, based on ASTM C518, ASTM C1363 and thermal modeling.
The testing section lists ASTM E84 flame spread under 25, ASTM E119 one-hour non-load bearing rating over Type X gypsum, FM 4880, NFPA 259, NFPA 285-19, NFPA 286, CAN/ULC S101, S102, S134 and S138, ASTM E72, ASTM E1592, FM 4881, ASTM E283 air infiltration under 0.01 cfm per square foot at 20 psf, and ASTM E331 water infiltration with no leakage at 20 psf. The Miami-Dade NOA listed is for vertical installation only.
