This two-page product data sheet covers the CFR insulated standing seam roof panel with a PIR foam core. The panel has a Mesa profile, nominal 1/8 inch deep, between 2-inch standing seams, embossed or unembossed. Widths are 36 inches and 42 inches, and thicknesses are 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 inches. Standard lengths run from 9 feet 6 inches to 53 feet 0 inches.
The exterior face is G-90 galvanized or AZ-50 aluminum-zinc coated steel in 24 and 22 gauge, or AZ-55 with a clear acrylic coating in 24 gauge. The interior face is G-90 or AZ-50 in 26, 24 and 22 gauge. The exterior side joint is a concealed clip mechanically seamed single lock, and the interior joint is a single tongue-and-groove interlock. Factory-installed backer plates sit at the endlaps.
Listed R-values, based on ASTM C518 at a 35 degree Fahrenheit mean temperature, run from 17.9 at 2 inches to 53.8 at 6 inches, and U-factors run from 0.063 to 0.022 over the same thicknesses. Testing lists ASTM E84 flame spread under 25 and smoke developed under 450, ASTM E108 Class A, FM 4880, CAN/ULC S107 Class A, UL 580 Class 90 uplift, UL 1897 uplift of 166 psf at 5 feet and 140 psf at 7 feet, ASTM E1680 air infiltration under 0.017 cfm per square foot, and ASTM E1646 water penetration with no leakage at 15 psf. The file also lists FM 4471 and State of Florida product approval.
