This two-page Metl-Span product data sheet covers the CF Santa Fe wall panel, an insulated metal panel with a PUR foam core. The flat exterior profile has heavy stucco-style embossing, which the sheet describes as resembling a desert southwestern appearance. Widths are 24, 30, 36 and 42 inches. Thicknesses are 2, 2½, 2¾, 3 and 4 inches. The 24-inch and 30-inch widths and the 2¾-inch thickness are available only from the Nevada plant. Lengths are 8 to 32 feet horizontal or 8 to 40 feet vertical. The exterior face is G-90 galvanized or AZ-50 aluminum-zinc coated steel in 24 and 22 gauge. The interior profile is Light Mesa, nominal 1/16 inch deep, embossed or unembossed. The joint is an offset double tongue-and-groove with an extended metal shelf, and reveal options run up to 1 inch in 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch increments. Page 1 gives a U-factor and R-value table for the 42-inch width, from 0.059 at 2 inches to 0.028 at 4 inches. Page 2 is a test table. It lists ASTM E84 with flame spread below 25 and smoke developed below 450, ASTM E119, FM 4880, with FM 4881 required for exterior walls, NFPA 259, NFPA 285-19, NFPA 286, CAN/ULC S101, S102, S134 and S138, ASTM E72, ASTM E1592, ASTM C518 with a K-factor of 0.114, ASTM C1363, ASTM E283, ASTM E331, and Miami-Dade NOA and State of Florida approval.
