Document record
This two-page PDF is a sales sheet for Max-Lok, a PAC-CLAD insulated metal panel for partition walls, liner walls and tee-supported ceilings. The footer is marked 11/24. The panel covers 45 inches, in thicknesses of 3, 4, 5 and 6 inches, with lengths from 8 to 53 feet. Exterior and interior gauges are both 26, and both faces use Galvalume substrate. Exterior finishes are polyester, siliconized polyester or plastisol (PVC), and interior finishes are the same three options.
Textures are embossed or smooth on both faces. The joint is an offset double tongue-and-groove, and the core is continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate foam rated R-8 per inch nominal. The sheet says the side joint facilitates sealant placement.
Page 2 testing lists ASTM C518 K-factors of 0.139 at 75 degrees F mean and 0.129 at 35 degrees F mean, ASTM E283 at 0.0011 cfm/sf at 20 psf, ASTM E331 with zero penetration at 20 psf, foam shear strength of 16 psi, compressive strength of 18 psi, density of 2.25 pcf, and tensile strength of 21 psi. Fire and impact entries are ASTM E84 (flame spread below 25, smoke below 450), FM 4880 Class 1 per ATB-0005, FM 4881 and TAS 201. Bond testing includes 2,000,000 fatigue cycles at L/180 deflection, 21 freeze-heat cycles from -20 to 180 degrees F, and 1,200 hours at 93% humidity and 158 degrees F.
