The file is a one-page PAC-CLAD spec sheet for the Precision Series HWP wall panel, supplied as a PDF and marked 7/26 in its footer. It shows the panel with and without a clip, the fastener flange clip, the panel profile, specifications, materials, product features and tests.
The panel is 12 or 16 in. wide nominal and 7/8 in. high, with a panel depth of 7/8 in. Materials are .032, .040 and .050 aluminum and 24 and 22 gauge steel, with Galvalume Plus available. The feature list describes a no-clip panel, or clip installation for expansion and contraction, with horizontal or vertical installation.
Panel lengths are 30 ft maximum for steel and 22 ft maximum for aluminum on the thru-fastened leg, with longer lengths available on clip panels. The tests listed are ASTM E330, E283, E331, ASTM 1592 and ICC ES-5839. Florida building product approval numbers are listed by reference to the manufacturer’s website and factory. The sheet notes that line drawings may not be to scale.
