This two-page product data sheet covers the CF Light Mesa insulated metal wall panel with a PUR foam core and a lock and groove system. The shallower version of the Mesa profile has a lightly profiled exterior of 1/16 inch deep longitudinal planks spaced at nominal 4 inches on center, embossed or unembossed. Widths are 30, 36 and 42 inches, and thicknesses are 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 inches.
Lengths run 8 feet to 32 feet embossed and 8 feet to 16 feet unembossed, horizontal or vertical. The exterior face is G-90 or AZ-50 coated steel in 22 gauge. The interior face is G-90, AZ-50, or 304 or 316 stainless steel in 26, 24 and 22 gauge, and 22 gauge is not available for stainless steel. The U-factor is 0.059 at 2 inches and 0.014 at 8 inches, with R-values from 17.5 to 70.0. The file notes that 5, 6 and 8 inch thicknesses are for interior panels only.
The profile is not for use as an exterior wall of a low temperature application. The testing page lists ASTM E84 flame spread under 25, ASTM E119 one-hour rating, FM 4880, NFPA 259, NFPA 285-19, NFPA 286, CAN/ULC S101, S102, S134 and S138, ASTM E72, ASTM E1592, FM 4881, ASTM E283 air infiltration, ASTM E331 water infiltration with no leakage at 20 psf, Miami-Dade NOA, and State of Florida product approval. Miami-Dade and Florida testing is not available on the 8-inch thickness.
