This two-page Metl-Span product data sheet covers the CF Mesa insulated metal wall panel with a PUR foam core. Page 1 describes the panel’s features and profile. It gives widths of 30, 36 and 42 inches, thicknesses of 2, 2½, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 inches, and lengths for embossed and unembossed panels. Exterior faces are G-90 galvanized or AZ-50 aluminum-zinc coated steel, and interior faces are the same coatings or 304 or 316 stainless steel, in 26, 24 and 22 gauge. The joint is an offset double tongue-and-groove with an extended metal shelf. A table gives U-factors and R-values for the 42-inch width, from 0.059 at 2 inches to 0.014 at 8 inches. Page 2 is a test and approval table. It lists ASTM E84 with flame spread below 25 and smoke developed below 450, ASTM E119 with a one-hour non-load bearing rating, FM 4880, NFPA 259, NFPA 285-19, NFPA 286, CAN/ULC S101, S102, S134 and S138, ASTM E72 and ASTM E1592 load charts, FM 4881, ASTM C518 with a K-factor of 0.114, ASTM C1363, ASTM E283 air infiltration below 0.01 cfm per square foot at 20 psf, ASTM E331, and Miami-Dade NOA and State of Florida approval. A note says Miami-Dade and Florida testing is not available on 8-inch thickness.
