Overview
Polished SandStone is a Nichiha architectural wall panel (AWP) in the Masonry Series, listed as a textured fiber cement panel. Its face is a textured finish that mimics stucco. It is a separate named line from SandStone, the other textured stucco-look panel in the same series.
The panel is engineered with a built-in rainscreen and is used on rainscreen wall systems. The Masonry Series is prefinished, so mortar and masonry-skilled labor are not needed, and the panels keep a textured finish. One panel covers approximately nine square feet.

The Ultimate Clip System is common to all AWP products, so textures and colors can be mixed on one wall without changing the installation method, and it is approved by Miami-Dade County.
