The file is a one-page specification sheet for PAC-3000 composite wall panels from PAC-CLAD and Petersen Aluminum. It covers two products, PAC-3000 CS and PAC-3000 RS. The product features list rout-and-return fabrication, welded corners available, and a range of non-PAC-CLAD colors and finishes, with an extra fee noted for PAC-CLAD colors. Listed materials are 3mm, 4mm and 6mm composite, .063 to .125 inch mill finish aluminum, zinc, stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Tests marked as applying to composite material only are ASTM E283, ASTM E330 and ASTM E331.
Two installation drawings are shown. The CS drawing is a composite track with attachment clips, a vapor barrier, a backer rod and 10-16 by 1 inch TEK 3 fasteners on a plywood substrate. The RS drawing shows a factory applied continuous aluminum extrusion with composite panels and the same fastener type. The drawings call out dimensions of 1.00 inch, 1.625 inch and .500 inch, and a 5/8 inch or as required clip dimension.
