Mountain Ridge

Mountain Ridge is a self-sealing CertainTeed accessory shingle of three-piece construction, with a thickness of five layers, used for capping hips, ridges and rakes of shingled roofs. It is available at 10 inches wide by 12 1/4 inches long with an 8-inch exposure, in Algae Resistant (AR) colors only.

It is applied after the primary shingles are on both intersecting roof decks. It is designed to blend with CertainTeed Landmark Series and Presidential Series shingles in both standard and Solaris colors.

Mountain Ridge has a fiber glass mat base with ceramic coated mineral granules embedded in refined, water-resistant asphalt.
