FALK Panel

FALK Panel, which prints its brand as FALK, manufactures insulated metal panels. FALK Panel was founded in 2020 and operates three production facilities worldwide. One of those facilities is located in West Michigan.

Its panel range covers facades, wall systems, ceilings, demising walls and roof decking, and its roofing systems are solar panel compatible. Alongside the panels it offers accessories such as fasteners, flashing, trim, tools and vacuum lifting systems, and it operates its own FALK trucking fleet for delivery to the project site. The company also reports that it earned IAS Accreditation AC473 for insulated metal panels in September 2025.

The FALK HFW 40 Insulated Wall Panel is a concealed-fastened wall and facade panel with a 40-inch working width, PIR insulation cores from 2.5 to 8 inches, and lengths up to 82 feet. The FALK SSR 42 Insulated Standing Seam Roof Panel has raised interlocking seams and a 42-inch working width. The FALK RRP 40 Insulated Roof Panel has a three-crown trapezoidal profile, exposed fasteners and a 40-inch working width. The FALK RDEK 40 Insulated Roof Deck Panel pairs PIR insulation with a primed and coated exterior for TPO or PVC membranes on slopes from 1/4:12 to 1:12.

FALK organizes the files for each product by type: BIM models, load and span tables, details and drawings, installation guides, CSI specifications, product data sheets and literature. Each product page also lists core thickness, R-value, U-factor, system width, working width, steel thickness, minimum and maximum length, and the performance ratings and testing it carries.

FALK Panel was founded in 2020. In September 2025 it announced that it had earned IAS Accreditation AC473 for insulated metal panels.
