What ConcreteBoard is

ConcreteBoard is a Nichiha architectural wall panel in the Concrete Series with an authentic weathered concrete look. Each panel has staggered boards of four varying heights, which add visual depth and complexity. The panel gives the appearance and feel of concrete without the time and cost of traditional masonry. It belongs to the Nichiha range used for commercial rainscreen cladding.

Pattern

The pattern is four planks of varied height, staggered horizontally. The Concrete Series sheet groups this pattern with Natura of the Wood Series, which also has four planks of varied height. The product page names no color options for ConcreteBoard beyond the weathered concrete look.

Installation

ConcreteBoard installs horizontally on the Ultimate Clip System, which hides the fasteners. The clip system is shared across the AWP line, so ConcreteBoard can be combined with other AWP textures and colors. Drainage and ventilation behind the panels come from the integrated rainscreen. A high wind load rating and Miami-Dade County approval are published for the clip system, without a numeric value.

Concrete Series context

ConcreteBoard shares its AWP 1818 specifications with Corbosa. IndustrialBlock and EmpireBlock are the longer AWP 3030 format. The product page cross-references IndustrialBlock, TuffBlock and VintageWood as related panels, and the manufacturer publishes a horizontal AWP installation guide for it.
