Overview

Oakridge is an architectural asphalt shingle from Owens Corning for steep-slope roofs in the United States. It is a laminated shingle in the asphalt shingle roofing family. The regional data sheet covered here is Owens Corning publication 10024153-E, printed October 2025, for the Brookville, Irving, Kearny, Medina, Memphis, Minneapolis and Summit regions.

Construction

Oakridge has a full double layer in the nailing zone. The nail zone is a full common bond. Copper-lined granules developed by 3M are blended into the colored shingles, and the shingles are algae resistant to control algae growth and discoloration. The product sits below Duration in the Owens Corning range and has no SureNail strip.
