TFC Tube Butyl Sealant
TFC Butyl is a single component, non-skinning butyl-based solvent release sealant. It adheres to metal panels and stays permanently pliable. It was developed for the metal roofing industry and is used for sealing and repairing metal roofs.
It suits applications where moisture and cold temperatures break down other sealants. It is used on painted metal, Kynar, Galvalume and galvanized steel, and aluminum. It is also used on insulated metal panels. It is non-staining, moisture resistant and non-paintable. It meets or exceeds AAMA 809.2.
