CONCEALOR DP and GP Pancake Head Screws

CONCEALOR low profile head fasteners are specified in many metal roofing systems to attach standing seam roof clips to metal or wood. The pancake head sits flat against the clip. The drive is a #2 square recess.

GP points are piercing points for wood or thin metal. They pierce carbon steel and 410 stainless steel up to 20 ga. DP points are drill points for metal substrates. DP3 and DP5 points drill and tap steel. Carbon steel screws carry the long-life TRI-SEAL coating or a .0003 in zinc and yellow finish. Stainless versions come in 302 stainless steel, 410 stainless steel and 304SS bi-metal. A bonded sealing washer can be assembled on the screw. Screws are bagged 250 pcs per bag.

• Installation: use a variable speed screw driver with torque control or a depth sensing nosepiece, 2,500 RPM max; do not use impact drivers
