Framing Screws

Framing screws fasten steel studs to steel track and splice steel studs. The line has pan head, round washer head, hex washer head, serrated hex and pancake head styles. The points are drill points (DP2, DP3), BLAZER points and a self-piercing point (GP). Sizes run from #6 to 1/4 diameter.

Tracer D.S. Pan Framer and Tracer D.S. Round Washer Head fasten steel studs up to 14 gauge (.075 in) total thickness. Tracer Pan Head fastens steel stud to steel track or splices steel stud up to 20 gauge (.036 in) total thickness. BLAZER Pan Head, BLAZER Hi-Hex and BLAZER Heavy Gauge fasten steel framing in built-up metal roof and wall systems. STRESS-LESS Framing Screw suits steel framing with high stress concentrations and drills and taps up to 1/4 in steel. Concealor Lo Profile Pancake Head screws fasten steel framing with a low head.
