DEKFAST #14 Roofing Screws
DEKFAST #14 roofing screws are low slope roofing screws with a #14 drill point. They are used for a variety of connections and attach rigid insulation to steel or wood deck in low-slope roof assemblies.
The screw has a truss head with a #3 cross recess drive. Thread dimensions are .242 in major diameter and .151 in minor diameter. The carbon steel screw is epoxy coated and attaches to wood, concrete, or steel up to 16 ga (.060 in | 1.52 mm). The 410 stainless steel screw is passivated and attaches to wood or steel up to 18 ga (.048 in | 1.22 mm). Its self-drilling point penetrates steel quickly and can also be used in treated wood.
