PANEL-TITE Metal-to-Wood Screws

PANEL-TITE is a metal-to-wood screw that fastens metal roof and wall panels and trim to wood framing, plywood, OSB and post-frame lumber. It is used for exposed-fastener metal roof panels on wood decks and purlins. The Type 17 milled point penetrates steel panels up to 20ga and eliminates splitting of wood. The Burr Buster point and thread are designed to reduce burrs and chips. The low-angle HiLo thread resists loosening and back-out.

Screws are assembled with a bonded EPDM sealing washer. Carbon steel screws carry the TRI-SEAL M1 long-life coating, rated at 1,000 hours of salt spray with 0% red rust and formulated for treated lumber. A 304 stainless steel version is passivated and TRI-SEAL coated. Zinc cap heads suit zinc and aluminum coated panels. Stainless cap heads suit warranted roofs, walls and trim. Kalida-Kote polyurethane paint is available on all screws for color matching.
