Green Span Profiles
Green Span Profiles manufactures insulated metal panels (IMP) sold under the Green Span name. Green Span Profiles is a domestically owned, privately operated IMP manufacturer, with its plant and office at 21200 FM 362, Waller, TX 77484 (281-807-7400). Its management team has more than 100 years of cumulative experience in manufacturing and servicing the commercial/industrial and architectural metal construction industry. The company lists drafting, engineering, estimating and installer training as services.
Green Span panels are formed by a continuously poured-in-place process that binds interior and exterior steel facings to a polyisocyanurate insulating foam core. The product pages list the core at a nominal R-8 per inch of thickness. Wall panels can be installed vertically and horizontally, and a fire-rated offering reaches up to a three-hour fire rating. All profiles are available in a range of colors.
RidgeLine is a standing-seam roof panel with a 42-inch coverage width. HighLine is a 36-inch through-fastened panel offered for roof and wall use. MesaLine, MesaLine HSE and ShadowLine are 42-inch wall panels with the Green-Lock offset double tongue-and-groove side joint.
The manufacturer’s Resources page groups its files into four areas. Technical Documents cover details, specifications, R-values, load tables, tech bulletins, panel weights, panel data sheets and testing. Approvals and Certifications cover Miami-Dade County, Florida, FM, UL and Texas Department of Insurance records, plus warranties. Installation Support covers manuals and equipment. Product literature covers brochures, a color chart and photo galleries. Each product page repeats links to its data sheet, details, load tables, manuals, panel weights, specification, technical bulletins and warranties.
