Portals Plus

Portals Plus is a roofing products maker founded in 1977 and part of the Duravent Group. Its range covers five product areas: drain systems, equipment rails, pipe portal systems, roof flashings and expansion joint covers. Portals Plus is a registered trademark of the Duravent Group.

This library holds 15 Portals Plus products. Thirteen are penetration flashings for pipes, conduit and other lines that pass through a roof surface; the other two are an expansion joint cover and a set of premolded membrane corners.

• Pipe Portal systems: the Pipe Portal, the Double Pipe Portal and the 5-Hole Pipe Portal Flashing System. In the Pipe Portal, the pipes rise through an 18-gauge galvanized steel curb that is flashed into the roof membrane, under an ABS curb cover and an EPDM cap molded with a stepped nipple for each pipe.
• Base-and-cap flashings: Alumi-Flash, Plasti-Flash and Deck-Mate. Alumi-Flash pairs an aluminum base, in Standard, Extra Wide, Extra Tall and Large versions, with Portals Plus caps from the C-126 to the C-182, each held by a stainless steel Snaplock clamp.
• Pipe boots and retrofit flashings: the Pipe Boot, Retrofit Flashing and Shingle Flashing.
• Menzies flashings: the Menzies Dektite Retro Combo, Menzies Electrical Roof Flashing, Menzies Multi-Flash Insulated Pipe Flashing and Menzies Plumbing Stack Flashing. Menzies Metal is one of the companies the Duravent Group has partnered with. The Dektite Retro Combo is made in EPDM and in silicone, and its SHR version is made for asphalt shingle roofs.
• Expansion joints and membrane details: the Expansion Joint Cover and the Premolded Corners.

Each product page in this library carries the manufacturer’s own files for that product, from sales sheets and data sheets to installation instructions.
